First of all, we’re still open for business, but…
If you have a problem that can be resolved remotely and your internet connection is working OK, then taking control of your computer without the need of a visit is the most sensible option.
If you have an issue that cannot be resolved by telephone or remote access, assuming that both you and ourselves are still in good health, we’re OK to come out and visit whilst keeping a safe distance of 2m or more from one another.
Or if neither of these options work for you, we’re offering a free collect and return service of your equipment.
