Prior to Christmas I became aware that someone had hacked into my e mail account. I was getting phone calls from friends and contacts both here and in New Zealand/Oz saying they were receiving e mails wanting money. Naturally I was concerned that more important business and financial contacts had been compromised . Checks with companies and financial institutions brought all differing views. Confusion reigned as to what I should do. By chance I came across an advert in a magazine for PC RESQ LIMITED. With doubts I contacted them and spoke to Hefin Harries. My early impression of the phone call was this man knew his business. Arrangements were made for him to visit me at home. He came at the agreed time, he was pleasant and sympathetic to my worries/doubts . Within an hour he had sorted out and cleaned up my various devices explaining each step and a answering all and any good and / or stupid questions. More importantly he gave me peace of mind. I consider the cost of his time, money well spent. If at any time in the future I have problems / difficulties / doubts on my internet I will most certainly call in PC RESQ.

Hefin has been a worthwhile investment and saved me valuable time and data. I am self employed and needed quick help with my Apple computers. I had a water destroyed macbook (I thought), plus an iMac that was old and slow. I thought I'd lost all my information, but Hefin extracted it all from the macbook, set up my new macbook pro with Chrome, transferred my photos, and organised my disorderly mail accounts. He also helped set up Dropbox for backups, and put antivirus protection on my mac. He is quick and efficient.

He removed browser hijacker malware which had defeated my skills, sorted out a printer problem and helpfully advised on some security software to prevent the original problem recurring.
