Hefin was a great help; couldn't have done without him. My old Windows 10 desktop had locked up completely, yet he was still able to transfer all my files to a new Windows 11 machine which is now purring like a kitten!

I have known Hefin for more than 10 years now. I originally worked with him when another local firm was completely unable to fix my issue. Hefin took it all in his stride and had me up and running within no time - and he has done so ever since. We are happy to say that after very stressful and sleepless 24 hours, we found Hefin! Thanks to his trust inspiring open source presence, offering his services via a well designed and thoughtful Internet page. After the initial call at 9am, he was here at midday, fixing our ongoing problem with Outlook (grrrrr...) He also reset and tidied up the programme on MacBook, iPad and iPhone. He kindly advised on some aspects of data security, and set up the procedure on our main PC. We are very thankful for his friendly and professional approach, and would recommend his services without reservation. He is definitely going to become our go-to emergency service!

Being tech illiterate, I needed someone to tidy up my whole laptop, from outlook through to storage etc. Also needed a new printer to be added. In summary Hefin was great – sorted it all and got rid of some bugs along the way. Highly recommended.

Excellent and timely support! An immediate telephone response & outsource fix to my scamming problem. Hefin of PC ResQ is a very helpful, friendly and professional expert. He regained control from the scammer, resetting the password and secured the account with a 2-Factor Authentification. Added the account to my outlook app on the mobile and i-Pad.

My new laptop had a mind of its own. I bought a 'helpful' book but it failed to help much. Hefin came round and got a grip of the situation at once. He got the laptop under control very quickly, took off various items i didn't need and added several that I have found very useful. I've used PC ResQ twice now and will definitely use again. Excellent service and very clear advice and communications regarding various issues that I needed to resolve with my computer. Also sought Hefin's advice on buying a back up device for same and I'm very happy with the recommended product. Would not hesitate to recommend!
